As if it was a horror movie, Sunday night was a grim night for the city of Montreal. Police are investigating three separate stabbings that took place Sunday night up to Monday morning. They don't believe that the incidents are related but are still looking for suspects.

At about 10:30 P.M. on Sunday night on the Sainte-Catherine Street restaurant and Saint-Christophe Street, a 39-year-old man was found stabbed, in his case he suffered only minor injuries that didn't threaten his life, but the perpetrator was not caught and police are still looking for him.

Later that night, about an hour after the first stabbing, the second one took place just a couple of blocks away by the intersection of Saint Laurent and de Maisonneuve Boulevard. Montreal police was called after receiving reports of a young man suffering from various stab wounds. The 18-year-old victim would later pass away from his injuries, in this case the attacker was also not found at the scene and is still being looked for by police.

The last attack that took place was on Monday morning at the early hours of 5 A.M., when a 50-year-old man was stabbed outside of a housing complex by a 64-year-old man, who is already in Montreal police custody. When police had arrived at the scene the man was found unconscious and taken rapidly to the hospital, tragically the victim had arrived in a critical condition at the medical facility and he would later die from his wounds.

Police don't believe that the stabbings are related, but don't fail to mention that this is a 10th homicides since the beginning of the year.
