A true horror night this Halloween, after a triple stabbing and multiple shootings

The Toronto area suffered a violent Halloween night after multiple stabbings and shootings took place during the last day of the month.

The chaos occurred during widespread power outages throughout the City of Toronto caused by strong winds that dislodged branches and damaged power lines.

Police were called at around 11:40 p.m. Thursday, for complaints of a noisy party with at least 200 attendees at a fraternity house near the corner of Madison and Lowther avenues in midtown Toronto. According to police, a fight broke out after a 19-year-old man and 15-year-old girl were denied entry to the house.

In the ongoing fight three people were injured. All of the stabbing victims were males aged 18, 19 and 25. One of the victims remains in life-threatening condition in hospital. The two others are also hurt in the confrontation.

Police at first said that six people were involved in the incident but later the info was updated.

Report says that both the 19-year-old man and 15-year-old girl were denied entry into the home were the party was being held, they are facing charges of attempted murder, aggravated assault and assault with a weapon.

The other incident that occurred that night, was more than an hour later, where a male was fatally shot near Ridgeview Public School in Brampton. The victim was in his 20s and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The victim and his UBER driver were stopped by another vehicles that got in their way, someone stepped put of the other car and opened fire.

Police set up a large perimeter in the area and the school will remain closed for the day.
